Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

At Track Bar Media, we are fully committed to providing the highest quality digital marketing services and believe our expertise is second to none in helping small businesses achieve business growth and high ROI. However, due to the customized nature of our services and external factors beyond our control, we must adhere to a clear policy regarding refunds.

No-Refund Policy

  • Services Rendered: All fees paid to Track Bar Media for digital marketing services (including Local SEO, Social Media Content, PPC Advertising management, Email Marketing, etc.) are non-refundable once the service period has commenced or the agreed-upon work has been initiated (e.g., campaigns launched, content created, accounts optimized).

  • Pre-Paid Services: Fees for services paid in advance (e.g., monthly retainers, setup fees, annual agreements) are non-refundable, even if the Client chooses to terminate the service early. Termination is governed by the terms outlined in the separate service agreement.

2. Guarantee Disclaimer (Marketing Outcomes)

  • Variable Results: While we employ cutting-edge strategies and focus on data-driven decisions to maximize your ROI, marketing outcomes are inherently different for each client, and success may vary. We cannot guarantee specific results, such as a particular number of leads, sales, or an exact keyword ranking improvement in Bristol, Tennessee.

  • Best Effort Commitment: TBM commits to utilizing our best professional efforts, expertise, and sophisticated tools (including the TBM Client Dashboard and AI-powered tools) to execute the agreed-upon digital marketing strategy and drive the best possible results for your business. We provide transparency via your dashboard so you can always see the metrics we are tracking.

Ad Spend Exclusion

  • Ad Spend Not Refunded by TBM: Any money paid directly by the Client to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for ad spend is not refundable by Track Bar Media. Refunds for unspent ad funds must be pursued directly with the respective third-party platform.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Required: If the Client wishes to cease services, written notice must be provided in accordance with the termination clause outlined in your primary service agreement (typically 30 days). The Client will be billed for services rendered up to the effective date of cancellation.

We encourage all clients to review the performance metrics clearly provided within the TBM Client Dashboard and engage in regular communication with our team to optimize the campaign and ensure alignment with your business growth goals.
